Shipping & Return Policy
At present, delivery of our products is available only within Tamil Nadu, India.
1. Delivery Availability
Your shipping address and pin code will be verified with the delivery service database before processing your order.
If your location is not serviceable by our logistics partners or falls outside our delivery coverage area, your order may not be processed.
In certain exceptional situations, delivery may be arranged only upon special request from the customer.
2. Delivery Timelines
We strive to deliver products within the estimated delivery timeline provided during purchase. However, delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to logistics, traffic, weather, operational delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Maark Trendz shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses caused by delayed delivery.
3. Delivery Inspection
Upon delivery, you may be required to sign a delivery confirmation form.
- Please inspect the product carefully before accepting delivery.
- Check for visible damages, defects, or missing items.
- Keep the delivery receipt safely for future reference.
4. Packaging & Handling
All products are delivered in our standard packaging.
Please exercise caution while opening the package to avoid damaging the product, especially when using sharp tools or instruments.
5. Missed Deliveries
If you are unavailable during delivery, additional charges may apply for re-delivery attempts.
Delivery personnel may leave instructions or contact details for rescheduling the delivery.
6. Entry & Access Requirements
Customers are requested to verify product dimensions and ensure that entrances, doors, staircases, lifts, and pathways are suitable for moving the product into the premises before placing an order.
Returns or cancellations will not be accepted due to access restrictions or inability to move products inside the premises.
7. Upper Floor Delivery & Lifting
Products should ideally be inspected before moving them inside the premises.
If delivery needs to be carried above the ground floor or through lifts/staircases, customers must inform us in advance while placing the order.
Maark Trendz shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or issues occurring during manual shifting or lift transportation.
8. Traffic & Restricted Areas
If the delivery address is located in a crowded area, narrow street, heavy traffic zone, or restricted-access area, customers must inform us in advance.
Additional waiting charges or handling charges may apply in such situations.
9. Delivery Scheduling
Deliveries will be scheduled according to the convenience and route planning of the logistics team.
We may not be able to guarantee delivery at specific requested times, including auspicious or preferred timings.
10. Local Issues During Delivery
Any issues arising during unloading or delivery due to local authorities, residents, building management, or surrounding persons must be handled by the customer.
Maark Trendz will not be responsible for such local disputes or interruptions.
11. Self-Assembly & Installation
Certain products may require self-assembly.
Assembly instructions and required fittings will be provided along with the product wherever applicable.
If installation support from our side is applicable, carpenter visits may be scheduled within 2 working days from the date of delivery.
12. Space Requirements
Customers are requested to provide sufficient empty space for unloading, fitting, and installation of products.
Additional charges may apply for dismantling or moving existing furniture.
